We ONLY collect this data after user permission via Meta Login.

Data is kept until user manually deletes or requests deletion. Facebook/Instagram tokens are deleted automatically upon disconnection.

BharatReselling Cloud is not intended for minors under 18.

Terms of Service

Terms of Service — BharatReselling Cloud

By using bharatresellingcloud.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. User Responsibilities

  • provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the system for legal business activities

2. Facebook/Instagram Integration

By connecting your Page:

  • You grant our app permission to access Page & lead data
  • We do NOT post on your Page
  • Tokens are stored encrypted
  • You may disconnect anytime

3. Billing & Subscriptions

  • CRM services may require paid subscriptions
  • No refunds after monthly usage
  • Billing details must be correct and updated

4. Forbidden Activities

You may NOT use the platform for:

  • Spam campaigns
  • Fake leads
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Misuse of Facebook API
  • Illegal/abusive content

Violations may lead to account suspension.

5. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Facebook API failures
  • Token expiry
  • Third-party integration downtime
  • Incorrect user configuration

6. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of India.

Data Deletion Policy

User Data Deletion Instructions — BharatReselling Cloud

If you wish to delete your data from BharatReselling Cloud:

Step 1 — Email Us

Send a data deletion request to:

Step 2 — Send These Details

Include:

  • Your name
  • Email used for your account
  • Business/Page Name
  • Phone number

Step 3 — Types of Data We Delete

We will delete:

  • Your CRM data
  • Facebook Page tokens
  • Lead forms mapping
  • User profile data
  • Complete account data

Step 4 — Data We Cannot Delete Automatically

Facebook stores data in their ecosystem. To delete that, remove permissions from:

Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → Remove App

Step 5 — Completion Timeline

Data will be permanently deleted within 48–72 hours.
